One of the book series I got for my kids that I was pleasantly surprised is getting adapted is Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the Third’s How to Train your Dragon.
The book tells the tale of a viking teenager named Hiccup who takes an unconventional relationship with a young common garden dragon named toothless.
And now a teaser poster gives us our first look at what Hiccup might look like!
I don’t know if this film will encompass all the Dragon related books in Hiccup’s adventures or if they will adapt them as individual films. The books in the series are: How to Train your Dragon How to Be a Pirate, How to Speak Dragonese, How to Cheat a Dragon’s Curse, How to Twist a Dragon’s Tale, A Hero’s Guide to Deadly Dragons, How to Ride a Dragon’s Storm and How to Break a Dragon’s Heart.

Considering the rather simple if not even shabby Photoshop-work here with some amazing visual clutter I at first thought this would be a movie of a smaller production company.
Then I read it: Dreamworks.
Whoah..something must definitely been happened.
