Kirsten Dunst and McG make a Music Video

Kirsten Dunst is staring in a completely different kind of production, and while we are at it McG, who is more recently known for his movies and TV Shows is returning to his roots and directing a music video.

No word on who the artist is, but a picture of Dunst in an outfit unlike anything she’s worn in any comic book movie has hit the net.

Comic Book Movie shares:

McG has returned to directing music videos and was recently seen filming in Tokyo’s Akihabara Otaku district with Spider-Man’s Kirsten Dunst dressed up like a character from Sailor Moon, an anime series that McG has gone on the record as saying he enjoys.

While I am a fan of Kirsten Dunst, I know there is a fair bit of anti-fans out there for her. But this cotton candy version of her is eyecatching to me. Maybe because I just got back from a Convention where there were lots of girls dressed like anime, or maybe because I find Dunst to be hot.

Either way, I am at very least curious to find out what artist this Music Video will be for.

  1. the video is showing at the tate gallery, i just saw it.
it’s part of a Pop Art exhibtion.
IT SO GREAT! probably my favourite thing in the exibition. really happy catchy tune, remeber the 80s hit ‘i think i’m turning japenese’? they sort of took that chorus and remixed it.
for some reason the video doesnt seem to be available on the internet but i think it will be soon.
i love the outfit and the cute little stockings! :D

  2. I remember hearing about this about a month ago on AnimeNewsNetwork. She doesn’t look too bad, hate the raggedy wig though.

I guess it is nice to see Dunst getting work other then just the Spider-man movies, even if it is just a music video.
