i can’t believe you’ve never seen arrested development! i actually really never watched it until it was canceled, seeing as how its time slot was moved around so much. definitely need to check it out though man. its in my top 5 comedy shows

Hancock was messed up. It’s like they just went the first draft of the script with really delving into the story.

I wasn’t much of a Hancock fan, so they can do what they want with Hancock 2, but I have to say myself, and most of my friends are very excited at the prospects of the Arrested Development movie. I still have no idea why such an honest, simple, but yet HYSTERICAL comedy show could get cancelled?! And the cast was amazing (I’m looking forward to seeing David Cross and Michael Bateman on screen again!) It’s a long shot, and I know I’m not the only one thinking this, but I wonder if the movie does well enough, they’ll make more tv shows? That would be amazing.

Best American Comedy ever. There are some British ones that are out there, but nothing produced in this country is fit to be shown on the same channel as Arrested Development.

p.s best comedy ever is a big call with the back catalogue of the BBC..Black adder, faulty towers etc..Definitely the best American comedy in my opinion

Rodney..HUH! Ok yeah great show that you HAVE TO give some time to.

I found that I wasn’t hooked until the second or third episode but o boy I haven’t cried of laughter with any other show as much as this. Its still the best that I have seen Michael Cera, for some reason his comic timing (which is almost perfect) only seems to shine on this show.Maybe because of the cast he is working with David cross,Will Arnet, Jason bateman? Big mention to Jeffery Tambor who is on my first and second favourite American comedies Larry sanders being the second and he adds just general nuttiness(if that is even a word) that you need.

That all said I don’t think the movie would work. The humour would have a chance to get stale after 90mins or so. It would be the same as watching a 90 min entourage episode it would get old quickly.

Although I hope they prove me wrong (fingers crossed)..
