The only way I could see the Viewmaster getting a movie treatment is if it had a role in Toy Story 3. Make it be able to have it’s own picture discs (or whatever the fuck they’re called) and it would be used as a reconaissance tool.

Could be that it could be a treasure hunt type film, and the view master may be a magical device that allows people to see things that you wouldn’t normally see with the naked eye.
