The way in which they portray the transformations is obnoxious and throws off the pace. Plus, the action lacks a sense of much-needed intensity. It's not so much that the choreography is bad, just that the execution is a little sloppy and belief-suspending. I never believed that Navarre was actually taking those guys out for a second. The actors would really be missed, but other than that I see no real reason not to remake this film. Somebody really should. I would want to see a remake.
