My annual geek fest every year starts with the summer blockbuster season with one giant event right in the last month of it. FanExpo 2009 in Toronto, Canada. Its like the SanDiego Comic Con, but not quite as big.

Well this year’s Rue Morgue (Horror division) of the FanExpo has announced their featured guests! And what a way to start it all off than announcing Bruce Campbell is coming to Toronto!

Rue Morgue Announces:

BRUCE CAMPBELL Actor

Nice. Just saw My Name is Bruce a couple weeks ago and Bubba Hotep a few months ago. He never gets old, shows he’s still got it today. His character is even awesome in Burn Notice.

Wouldn’t mind seeing James Duval and Linda Hamilton either. Have to let us that don’t live up there know how it goes!

man this would be awesome to go to….max brook is a awesome author…linda hamilton was pure perfection as sarah connor, tom savini is a master of his trade totally, and bruce campbell needs no introduction….i fucking love his character on burn notice too!

  3. Matt says:

I’ve gotta say, Bruce Campbell is one of the most entertaining actors and that would definitely be great to go. He spoke at my university a few years ago and delivered many brilliant one-liners like he is known for. I still need to check out My Name is Bruce.

I’ve met Bruce on two separate occasions. He is a pompous A-Hole.
