It would be the listeners responsibility, I think, to not disturb others. If they have seen the movie once with out the commentary, maybe they can sit in an area that is off to the side. Or see an empty matinee. Whatever the case, the responsibility is of the listener of the podcast just as much as someone else's responsibility to shut off their cell phones. That sounds genius.
