And Clark will not likely die at the end of the series. This is a precursor to Superman and has become something all its own. There are no rules, no one is safe BUT Clark because the whole show is about him becoming Superman which now seems to be that he is the Blur. Lana is no longer under contract to the show. She's gone. And his story with her is done. She made a re-appearance and Clark was over her. They have no reason to kill off Mrs Kent, shes been written out of the show as "busy elsewhere" but will make an appearance at the end of season 9. The show was just renewed for season 10. Not saying i dont like clark, but he has to die at the end of the series. if he dosent then the have really messed up. Lana needs to go! she keeps interfearing with clark and lois,also, they might kill off clarks mom! she has beeen in the bacground but they might have an episode were clark is al depressed and what not, but i dont think chloe dies. While right now it appears Lex is dead, there are hints that suggest it may not be true.
