The most horrifying thing about this is how suddenly her death came as a result of a seemingly minor injury. To think that she could fall, yet be alert enough to say that she was alright, only to DIE two days later is terrifying to me. Did she hit a specific part of her head that made the injury so traumatic? How fast was she skiing when she fell? To think that a simple knock on the head can end a life is bizarre to me.

I first encountered her work in the mid-to-late 1980′s and was instantly smitten with her. “The Handmaid’s Tale”, “Gothic” (she played Mary Shelley), “The Comfort of Strangers” (w/Christopher Walken in one of his all-time classic/disturbing roles!), etc. Such a tragic waste of beauty, compassion and natural talent. Condolences to her family at this time.

AndyS – No one else seems to want to say it so i will… You are a f**king insensitive dick. So you don’t see the point in people leaving online condolences then fine, why the fuck are you in here? Close the door on your way out… Prick.

Of course it isn’t needed for people to leave their comments online regarding someones death, it’s simply a nice gesture and something that the average good natured human being would do – especially in response to an article regarding the death of an actor or actress. What the hell did you expect to see in here anyway?

AndyS the only reason you feel ‘singled out’ is because you are the only one making it sound like a bad thing that we voice condolences for the family of someone tragically taken from them.

I am not going to shed a tear over her, but its not WRONG to offer a kind word.

Rodney I simply had a problem with what people were doing, I voiced my opinion and from then on we’ve had a conversation about those differences. I really don’t see why you have a problem with this. I never personally attacked anyone or used profanity towards someone. Yes someone does that to me and you don’t find any wrongdoing on that user’s part. I really think you have this obsession with singling me out.
