Here is the Transformers 2 trailer that will air with the Superbowl. Holy crap cakes… how freaking sweet does that look?!?!?! And was that Devastator at the end??? You tell me. Check it out:

There already tweeter contrversy about the big one been Devastator or not. I couldn’t imagine it any bigger.
All I’m really insanely excited about, is the single shot transformation half way through the film. There needs to be a billion of those in the actual film. It just makes the film that much cooler, and when you use a cut every 20th of a second, it gets to be a bit much. The action looks great, the robots look amazing, the transformations look cool, I think this flick could be quite quite good. At least I’m hoping…

HOLY CRAP! That looks… exactly like the last movie actually. But hey, I love seeing the same thing twice (three times if you count Iron Man); it keeps me from having to think.

That is devestator, if you look closely you can tell that it’s comprised of different vehicles for the arms. can’t see much though, but that may not be the complete Devestator. And just imagine John, this is the 30 sec one. Wait till the full teaser attached to Friday the 13th!

Yeah, that is only one of the seven bots that form Devestator. If ONE is that big, think how massive their combined form will be.
And if you notice, Megan Fox is wearing a ring on her ring finger at about 17 seconds. Interesting…..
I spotted the ring, too, but it doesn’t appear to be an engagement ring. Just looks like a piece of cheap jewelry that she’s wearing on that hand. I think Sam’s folks are well off enough that they’d help their son spring for a nicer ring than that, but if it’s a spur of the moment type of thing…well, I don’t know. If there is some cheeseball engagement/wedding scene during this…well, I sincerely hope that Doug comes back for a guest review, because his reaction will be the funniest thing in human history.

Seriously though, that last shot really did make my eyes pop (on just a little YouTube screen too). I’m really expecting that Transformers 2 will be to Transformers what Bad Boys 2 was to Bad Boys; completely ridiculous, insane excess.
But there’s no reason I can’t enjoy it.

No, that IS Devastator. If you pause it just right, which I’ve done and taken a couple snapshots, you an VERY clearly see that one shoulder is a tractor and the opposite arm is a crane.
I agree I think thats Devastator. If it was just one Constructicon it would be far too big to transform into an earth vehicle

My anticipation went up by far!!!! That was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! The first one was awesome, but this-wow, now I can’t wait to see it on TV today when I’m watching the superbowl
I think I’m more hyped for GI Joe. I can actually see the special effects in that one. Here, Michael Bay is still up-close-and-personal with the robots.
Between 0.07 and 0.09 is also the same robot as in the last clip of the video. There are 2 massive wheels, one on the ground and one at a 50% angle up in the air just as it hits the helicopter.

Like I said, only one bot. Not Devestator. The one in the tv spot is only the Steam Shovel. Just look at the toy ^^ It’s a little mistransformed in those pics though.

Well I can say two things, 1st off much better teaser than the first movie. Second I love that they showed lot more action and transformers then the orginal movies trailers. In conclusion this gives me more hope about this sequel.
P.S. I like this movie to end with megatron and the over decepticons leaving but telling the auto bots thats something even worse is coming to destroy them. I.E. UNICRON….

After careful review of the last seconds of the teaser, it has been confirmed, by me, and the toy, that that transformer, is in fact only 1 of the constructicons.
This will be the summer movie seasons biggest hit. Just like the original. Sorta surprised Bay brought back the same military cast.

I saw it, lol you guys should have seen me. I was getting water, then saw it, I said “YES!! YES!! YES!!!!!” But it was gone in 30 seconds and that was that, not to mention the fact THAT THE STUPID STEELERS FUCKING CHEATED. Stupid refs! I smell a paid ref, seriously, anyone else agreed they cheated? And those dirty hits. I officially hate a team more than the Patriots, ugh, I can’t stand them! Anyway, yes I saw the ad, and the G.I. Joe one. For anyone wondering, Transformers 2 ad was during the 3rd quarter…….
every time they threw a flag on the cardinals like…roughing the passer…it was like SO PUSSY…
when the cardinals hit the steelers the hits were like nothing, and they called “holding” and “face mask”
the steelers were getting a SHITLOAD of calls…there was this one in which it was like 2 and 4th..and it was on the goaline..and the steelers were going to kick it for 3…and a cardinal hit someone, i think the kicker, and they called it unessesary roughness…and when they reviewed it it was like such a soft hit…
i live in florida though i dont care about either team…but the steelers were getting some lucky calls..

i heavily agree…. i watched the super bowl and i think it was fixed… honestly. i mean whoever that punk ass player that was trying to pick a fight on the cardinal’s sideline should get dismembered… PUSS! and at least 4 of the flags towards the cardinal’s were bogus and uncontrollable..like running into players after THEY WERE already STUMBLEING! i will most likely will NOT watch next years game… except for the commercials.
I live in Florida too, I don’t like either team at all, but did you see the Steeler dude was literally punching the Cardinal guy as he was already down, that should have been an ejection from the game!!!

Did anyone notice at the 31st and 32nd second right when the Decepticon transformed into car mode there were 3 other robots (at the top of the screen where the lights are) seemingly pursuing him. I am so freaking excited about this movie

That is not devastator or a constructicon! That is the villan of the movie, called the Fallen. He transforms into a giant earth mover.
Agreed, when I saw it in HiDef on Apple the robot is rolling on a huge wheel, dev. had feet.

every body look very carefully at the very end of the trailer, thats not Devastator the giant robot has a huge wheel rolling down the street and optimus jumps and hangs on to its face. i could be wrong on the subject matter, but seriouly i really doubt that, that robot is in fact devastator. i really believe that its the fallen.
You were right when you said it was not Devastator, it’s actually just ONE of the Constructicons. Over at tfw2005 there is toy images of the contructicon.

OK i just wanna say it looks great and as for the Fallen from the comics being in this movie well its not. If you really think about ti the fallen has nothing to do with Sam and the rest of the cast. It is Megatrons hand or whatever his reincarnations name may be(Galvatron) but yea that thing at the end has a huge wheel. And i honistly think the Audi is sound wave if you slow it down and look at his eyes its just the one eye. But i am stoked for this movie

There were only four things I seen last on on the Superbowl better than this. Three of those four were the 100yd touchdown interception, and those two edge of your seat touchdowns by both teams in under 2:00. The other one was the Boss and the E Street Band.
(The GE and Careerbuilder spots, Pepsi, “get a dog” commercials round up the top ten.)
But of all the movie trailers- this is one I’m most interested in seeing, if you had to peg me down and ask “If I only had to choose among the films advertised during the super bowl”…

This one probably will be the best bay movie ever, since it will be the first one which actually does contain of bay scenes as much as possible (usually even bay does too few bay scenes)

Watch this trailer in high def at dark horizons. I have mine on 720P. Pause it at 15 seconds and you will see Arcee chasing after the decepticon vehicle. I made the vehicle out to be an Audi.
She is a motorcycle and you can clearly see two wheels and vaguely see her color which is hot pink.
You can also see another autobot but I could not make it out.
Another observation. I initially thought those were missiles hitting the aircraft carriers but they’re
not. The have the same shape as when the autobots came to earth in the first Transformers. I can’t wait for this movie to come out.
read last year that “Galvetron” is supposed to be an aircraft carrier….but it could be soundwave???
i heard about the aircraft carrier transformers, but i also recently heard that it didnt make it into this film either.
Those of you believing that is devastator or a constructicon really need to do your homework on the movie. The main baddy is called “The Fallen.” This is public knowledge. He transforms into a giant earthmover and is the robot you see at the end of the clip. He is also the face you see on the poster, he is the one getting “revenge.” There is a backstory to that character in the comic books. So stop with all the devastator and contructicon talk. If devastator is in the movie, it may be because he was created to take down the fallen.
