Inglorious Basterds Teaser Online

Usually there is some space between the release of a Teaser Trailer and the first Full Trailer for a movie, but then when has Tarantino ever held to convention. Footage from Inglorious Basterds is out on the net with news that a full Trailer will be out tomorrow.
Apparently the rumors are true – Entertainment Tonight is showing the first full trailer for Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds tomorrow night. In advance of that debut, they’ve aired a very short teaser for the trailer, which features about 25 seconds of our first look at Inglourious Basterds.
So does this live up to the hype??

I’m a fan of Brad Pitt (12 Monkeys, Snatch, Burn After Reading, Fight Club)…but after seeing that, I’m skeptical about this.
Well, that was….alright I guess, but we didn’t really see anything
Basterds is going to be great. There is absolutely no way that we’ll have any idea what it’s really going to look like until we see a full trailer. Even then, there might be a gimp somewhere in the movie that we never saw coming.
I’ve got to say thats just a teaser for the trailer not a teaser for the film per se as it makes obvious by having some Brad on the re carpet footage.
Its a teaser. That’s all.

Yeah but not an official teaser trailer just as is becoming normal for ET a trailer for the trailer lol but this would never show in cinemas like most teasers would.
That was a bit over the top for Brad there. That “And I want my scalps” bit was pretty bad.

That campy style line is what Tarantino is going for. I’m personally excited as hell to see this.
Initial reaction………”I want my scalps”…………Ouch. I just really hope at this point that there no scene in the movie where Tarantino starts fetishizing over bare Nazi feet.
Hmmm… Im gonna wait to see the trailer that ET didn’t have control over editing… Tarantino has done a marvelous job with all of his other films… no doubt ET was just trying to capitalize off of Brad Pitt.
I love this, I have been waiting forever for a remake of the dirty dozen.
it’s not a remake of the Dirty Dozen, it’s a remake of Inglorious Bastards wich was an Italian film if I’m not mistaken.
It’s not even a remake of that. It only used its title, but the movie has absolutly nothing to do with that movie.

I’ll go in on the other side and say I really like the look of it. Very excited for an actual trailer.
I’m pretty neutral about this at the moment. That wasn’t even a real ‘teaser’.
I doubt Quentin Tarantino is going to fail us now. I mean, that Grind House movie just felt like a one ‘bad day’.
Death Proof was kick ass. I loved it.
Q.T. himself says with Inglorious Basterds that this is some of his best writing he’s ever done. So we’ll see.
After seeing that I’m skeptical too, but I was the same way after the Kill Bill trailer. I’m keeping my hopes up.
If you think that snippet was over the top…read the script. Hoo-boy!
Planet Terror > Death Proof
Whoa whoa whoa. For one, Death Proof was fucking amazing (aside from the second segment of LONG somewhat-boring dialogue) and two, Tarantino doesn’t make bad movies. Everything he does blows your mind, just some are better than others.
Inglorious Basterds is going to be fucking AWESOME.
Death Proof was shit. QT’s first dud. Incredibly poorly written and directed and worst of all, fucking boring.
I don’t much like that Bradley Pitt.
