Would love to see the Joker in the third in some fashion just to have closure with the character in the trilogy. That’s not going to happen though, he won’t even get a mention. We got Bane and Catwoman so we’ll have to be fine with that. Oh and by the way, in reference the #3 example in the post, Lee Haney won 8 Mr. Olympia’s in a row way before Ron Coleman. Lee Haney beat Arnold’s record first by winning from 1984-1991. Just thought you’d like to know.

If they return with the Joker I say they should edit heath in the movie for a short time training up an apprentice. kill the real joker off by prisoners (most of the ones who were on the boat in dark knight) then have the apprentice escape.
You can’t steal the real joker away from Heath Ledger in this current series of batman movies.

okay, i think they should have the joker in arkham asylem and set up for a Arkham movie. They have this next movie all about another character. but at the end they all end up in the asylem. so for a 4th movie they do it just like the comics. The joker sets up a plan to get Batman in the asylem with all of his foes. It would be epic!! agree or dissagree?

Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy) should get a shot at Joker if you want to keep the look. Think he could pull it off.

if the joker doesnt return for batman3 the movie wull fall very short compared to the dark knight. i believe the studio and nolan are both very much aware of this. i believe they will definately bring the joker back.

all you people who are against the return of the joker are crazy. the joker is a critical component to the continuation of nolans batman vision. the joker must return to continue pushing batman closer to his dark side trying to get batman to kill criminals like himself.
