Marisa Tomei, John C. Reilly and Jonah Hill In Safety Man

I’ve been a fan of Marisa Tomei’s ever since My Cousin Vinny and my admiration for her has just grown and grown ever since. I still think her spot on Seinfeld was one of the funnies episodes in that entire series. And wow… she hasn’t been afraid to show of that amazing body of hers recently. I think if you add up her total amount of screen time in “Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead” and “The Wrestler”, she spends more time nude than clothed. And by the way… that’s NOT a complaint.

John C Reilly can do no wrong in my opinion… but I’m getting kind of tired of Jonah Hill. Anyway, it appears the 3 of them are going to be staring in a new comedy tentatively called “Safety Man”.

The idea of the film is one that’s been done a few times in the last couple of years. John C Reilly plays a man who is developing a romance with Tomei, but Tomei’s son (Jonah Hill) is trying to stop it. Yaawwwnnnnnnn. Just this year Sean William Scott did the same thing to Billy Bob Thornton in Mr. Woodcock, and Jon Heder did the same thing to Jeff Daniels in Momma’s Boy.

Still… I’ll give this a shot even if just for Tomei and Reilly.
