William H Macy 4We have word today that William H. Macy will direct and star in a film also featuring Milla Jovovich and Steve Buscemi. We get the following scoop from our friends at comingsoon:

Milla Jovovich will star as an alcoholic former stripper in Keep Coming Back, a coming-of-age comedy that marks the directorial debut of veteran actor William H. Macy, says Variety.

The story sees a young man with a sheltered upbringing join an Alcoholics Anonymous group in order to seduce the woman of his dreams (Jovovich). Macy and pal Steve Buscemi also star.

I like Mr. Macy and am interested in seeing how he tackles the lens and captures images. I am always game to see new talent in the director’s chair and am a fan of a number of actors turned directors (Eastwood, DeVito); now we wait to see what William has up his sleeve. Production is set to shoot at the dawn of the new year in the glorious land of Georgia.

I am wondering who the shift young stalker will be in this film. I am sure we will find out soon enough, but curiosity is itching me from the inside like a ball of living wool.

I’m not usually too hot for Milla as an actress, but she will suit this role perfectly. Her accent is audio perversity to my ears and she fits this role like a leather glove on Rob Halford’s fist.
