New Twilight Trailer

We have a new Twilight trailer for you to check out today. It’s chock full of Vampire teen romance, please enjoy!

I really think the Kristen Stewart comes off as a cheese factory. I will admit, some of the lines are hard to sell – but I hope her delivery is better in the parts of the film that we haven’t seen. Is it just me, or do you guys also think the delivery is weak?

  1. i have to admit that twilight is my guilty pleasure. i honestly don’t know why i’m addicted to it…

books that are made into movies are usually lacking so i’m not expecting this to be amazing or anything. just entertaining.

  2. I think the movie looks pretty good myself. I really loved the books and I read a lot (not just young adult either). I don’t know why people are saying the books were horribly written. They wouldn’t be as popular if that were true.

  3. It looks like the Covenant (which SUCKED), only with vampires instead of warlocks, crossed with an unhealthy does of the Hills (which I regard as an abomination of TV and a sure sign that the apocalypse is upon us due to it’s inexplicable popularity). I weep for the future if this is what a “phenomenon” amounts to nowadays.

  4. I’m seriously hoping Kristen Stewart isn’t so monotone through out the entire movie. I’ve liked her all right, but one thing I have noticed is she doesn’t always have good voice inflection and she likes to run her fingers through her hair and slap her thigh A LOT. It’s a little distracting. When I was studying acting one of my instructors taught us not to do it, so now when I see actors do it, it drives me nuts.

The trailer is pretty decent and is a huge improvement from the last two. The kid and I are looking forward to the film. It appears they’ve caught the spirit of the book teen romance with a little bit of action.

  5. no the main actors i think are perfect- especially bella

but the rest of them dont look like how they were in the book

hopefully they wont be changing shit just for the fuck of it in the movie….like by introducing a half zombie half werewulf villain at the end that eats middle aged blind midget asian porn stars

  6. I think the blame has to be placed more on the writers than the actors in this case. Kristen Stewart is a very talented young actress so I’m reluctant to place blame on her because the same thing happened to Natalie Portman in Star Wars. Macca said this reminded them of “Attack of the Clones” and I agree that they have one thing in common: horribly written dialogue. The actors in the Star Wars films did their best to overcome the stilted language of those scripts and I feel like that’s whats going on here. From what I’ve heard about the novels they are pretty horribly written, so it doesn’t surprise me.

  7. i am going to go against the current on this one and actually try to be positive about this movie instead of judge it by its trailer. Some trailers express movies in completely different forms.

  8. I’ve liked Kristin Stewart before so I’m sad to see how much I absolutely cannot stand her in this role.

It could have something to do with how much I cannot stand Bella in the books. I wanted to reach through and throttle her within the first ten pages. She was so stereotypical and boring…and nobody was really much better. The popularity of these books will be one of the greatest mysteries of our time.

  9. holy shit i hope they dont translate the book into the movie the way harry potter 3 did

    PLEASE DONT SUCK!

and the bad vampires were casted horribly… ah shit…i hope it doesnt suck..im sick and tired of good stories or books or old movies being “rapped” like star wars and harry potter

  10. I have to say that this movie looks just like most december fantasy movies have been (excusing LOTR, Pan’s Labyrinth, and Narnia). I don’t think it’ll do well.

    HOWEVER…

Robert Pattinson looks like he’s gonna kick ass acting and fighting wise. Still, I doubt I’ll see it in the theaters.

  11. While I do agree this movie leaves something to be desired, I will have to see it. I read each of the books, one per day, and I have to see it now. I know I’ll be disapointed but…. How can I not?

  12. That whole trailer reminds me of the “romantic” scenes in Attack of the Clones: terrible dialogue, wooden delivery, etc. I wasn’t going to see this movie anyway, but now I know never to even give it a chance once it shows up on TV on a Sunday afternoon.
