New Defiance Poster

I was foaming at the mouth to see Defiance from the first moment I saw the original trailer a few months ago. The cast is absolutely killer, the setting is a timeless one for telling stories of hope in the midst of unspeakable horror, and the story itself seems fantastic. This is a movie I can not wait to see.
Our friend Kris over at In Contention was the first one to get his grubby little hands on the new Defiance poster and he emailed me to let me know about it. Looks sweet. Nice tag line too.

the poster is fucking horrible but the trailer looks amazing. this movie WILL be great
im prolly going to see it multiple times/get the dvd
you know how we know this guys a good bond? because like all the other ones when theyre in another movie people think “hey thats the bond guy” and then “….daniel craig”
Didn’t realize Edward Zwick directed this. His movie ‘Glory’ is one of my favorite war films.
This poster is pretty slick in my opinion. I love the colour motif.

Ed Zwick directed one of the most lengendary films I have ever seen, The Last Samurai (which I can’t believe that movie has a 55 out of 100 on Metacritic.com, WTF?!)
There is an old movie which is not well known called ‘Escape from Sobivor’ which is worth a look in preparation for this. Same story, based on a true story. Check it out!
