I’m Straightedge and have never found the humour in “DRUG” films… having said that… I don’t feel I have any right to deny people who do find it funny, for whatever! reason, the chance to enjoy the life they want to lead and the comedic films that might mirror their life choices.

Honestly, I’m getting pretty sick of stoner films. I’ve grown up, pot just isn’t funny anymore. I watched half baked the other day and I didn’t even giggle at it. Maybe it is because I live in Vancouver and the whole taboo just isn’t there anymore really. What do you folks think? Do you think it’s funny because it is illegal?

Finally, shit is starting to happen in my part of the world. Ever since our Governor made a bill for tax incentive breaks in film/media entertainment services we’ve been having more and more movies being made in our area. I am glad. Michigan is really in need of more of this kind of work and could really use some of the wealth that is amass in the Hollywood area. Bring the work and the play our way… WHoo-HOO!
