Funny shit i agree, i can translate i can speak a few languages and that is one of them. it means

That guy is sultan rai, a infamous pakistani actor, probably a Al Pacino to give you an idea.

The title of the poster says “Land of the Lion” and the man him self is Sultan Rahi (Late) the legend on Pakistani Cinema.
