The new Evie doesn't have the right accent, the same passion, or even close to the right attitude. I only watched Mummy3 one time, didn't even get the movie. 1 & 2 I got and watch all the time. They should have done more to keep original character. I hate when a good movie has a sequel and one of the original characters is changed. It doesn't seem like a sequel. I don't know if I wanna see another Mummy movie unless they get her back. I think Maria Bello is a great actres, but this wasn't the right role for her at all. I think she put on a pair of shoes toooo big for her or in Rachel's case too small. BRING BACK THE REAL EVIE!!!!! I totally agree. There needs to be many adventures they had before they had children and the second Mummy movie Rick had a mysterious tattoo connecting him and Evie long before they met in Mummy 1. There needs to be some prequels in Egypt and some adventures after Mummy 3 that they had before their son. If the later Mummy movies show the O'connells getting aged then I won't be buying them. There should have been lots of romance before they had a child. And I know Rachael isn't coming back but at least let their be some chemistry between Rick and the new Evie. Evie was wistful,sexy,mysterious,innocent,and a temptress all at the same time. There was ZERO chemistry in the last movie!
