My local newspaper had an article about this.

“Bystanders converged on the accident scene trying to get a glimpse of the actor, McFerrin said. When one person tried to snap a photo with a cell phone camera, Freeman said jokingly, ‘no freebies, no freebies,’ McFerrin said.”

Okay who really cares what car he was driving? A human being was hurt seriously and you all think its open mic night at the comedy club. I don’t expect all celebs to flaunt their wealth by being too good to drive this type of car, some are very humble. Not that the car was his.

I’d like to point out too that serious condition is not the worst condition to be in, so it is very believable he was joking around with emt’s. I was in a roll over car accident, listed as critical but was very lucid at the scene and able to answer all the questions the authorities asked me, even remember giving my SSN.

He is okay; he’s not in a life threatening condition. I think having learned that the best important topic up for discussion is the fact that he was driving an 11 year old Maxima. Clearly others feel the same way.

What does Christ have to do with anything that’s been discussed?
