Hangover

It looks like another film celebrating the poor life decisions made at bachelor parties will be made in Hangover. We get the following scoop from the party caves of Yahoo:
Ed Helms of “The Office” fame and Bradley Cooper are headed for a “Hangover.” They are in final negotiations to star in director Todd Phillips bachelor-party comedy, about three friends who lose the groom at their Vegas fandango two days before the wedding. The third lead role has yet to be cast for the Warner Bros. film.
Phillips, who last directed “School for Scoundrels,” is best known for such films as “Road Trip” and “Old School.”
A bachelor party film directed by Todd Phillips sounds good to me. I enjoyed Old School quite a bit, and Road Trip to a lesser degree. I think he is the man for this job and look forward too seeing what kind of shenanigans he will get these guys into.
Films about Bachelor Parties have a frat film feel to me, perhaps the bachelor party is the metaphorical bookend to riotous living and the gateway to family life. For those of you that may have not seen the movie Bachelor Party starring Tom Hanks – I recommended you do so pronto. If you haven’t seen it – you will be in for quite a treat; this is a film that should always be mentioned when Tom Hanks is discussed.

This sounds great. I am a big fan of both Road Trip and Old School but I am disappointed you forgot to mention Starsky and Hutch. That is my favorite Phillips movie. So funny!
Looking forward to this one.

This was the first rated r movie I saw as a kid. Imagine how blown away I was when I saw naked tits on my very own TV screen. The 11yr old in me says God Bless you HBO.
