Gillian Anderson Sweats For X-Files

Apparently Gillian Anderson has been slacking for the past few years and this has caused much panting during stunt time. We get wind of her ill health from IMDB:
Actress Gillian Anderson was exhausted when shooting scenes for her role in The X-files movie – because she was so out of shape. The star reprised her role as Agent Dana Scully for a big screen adaptation of the sci-fi series after a six year break. And Anderson admits she had let her physical health slip. She says, “There was a lot of rust I had to shake-off. The physical part surprised me the most when we started shooting because it was a lot tougher than expected. “I was 24 when I first started the television series and now I’m almost 40. I just feel really old for some reason. “David (Duchovny) is in a lot better shape than I am. That’s why he gets so many more stunts for the film.”
I wonder what stunts they are doing that are causing her to be out of breath? Is Gillian wrestling aliens to the ground or just running a lot in the film. I suppose we will see soon enough. I am wondering if they caught some of her “out of breath” moments on tape for added effect.
Smoking, drinking and slacking takes it’s toll on everyone kids. If you want to be fast when you grow up, do the opposite of Gillian.

She’s so pretty, but I just can’t get interested in this movie at all. I loved the show for a few seasons, love and own the first movie, but the X-Files ship has sailed.
THANK YOU!, Doug for the fine picture.
I love that shirt!
She looks like a sex robot.
I’d be very willing to take the “robot” out for a spin! Yowwwzaaaa!
Wow, she’s got some nice cans on her that one. Especially considering she’s on her way to 40.
Bravo Gillian, bravo.
I agree 100% with Kristina. Why on earth they decided to make a follow up movie is totally beyond me – and this is coming from what was a die hard fan..back in the day (before it turned bad after the third/fourth season)
Let me see, their careers have been luke warm sinc ethe show’s demise….Gillian did receive some accolades for a few of her selected film roles, “House of Mirth” to name one.
Um, its NOT a mythology story but a “Stand-Alone” similar to some of the great stories from the series….so I’ll be there with bells on! They all need this to be received well.
And, again….I’d be more than happy to take the Gill-bot for a spin! Woof Ubermann–Woof!!!
