But is he ready to direct a feature film? Not according to Johns and Rodney's rules but I would like to see at least a short film from him to see if he indeed has the chops to tackle a feature. In related news, they screened 36th Chamber at the Fantasia Film Festival this year, with star Gordon Liu in attendance. Liu is possibly my favourite martial arts star, and I'm kicking myself that this was the one year I decided not to attend the festival. He will also be appearing at a kung fu poster exhibit tomorrow.
