Wednesday night is the gala opening night Hollywood style,red carpet event at Navy Pier in Chicago
That’s the Sears Tower in case anyone cares.
Funny story, there was a TDK viral thing where people were actually running around in the streets a few nights ago on some scavenger hunt. People thought they might be going to an early premiere or something, and it turned out that it was them being directed to a building where this Batsignal was flashing. They were so pissed!
oh and I am sure not all midnight screenings have sold out…like every single one in the entire land but tickets are selling like fucking hotcakes…..
apparently midnight screenings across the land have sold out so cinemas have added 3 am screenings and 6 am screenings and they are selling out too. This film is going to have a fucking huge opening weekend. Biggest of the year is my bet…

No ledger should not get an oscar nom….hes great don’t get me wrong….leaves nicholson for dust but if he does get a nom it will only be cos he is dead. they never reward these kind of films in this manner so it would only because of the dead thing.
I mean I would give it to him cos he is fucking awesome but if the academy does its just cos hes dead you know what I mean..like if he were alive the academy wouldn;t even think about.
anyway….gonna open fucking huge.
