Raindrops All Around Me

Ben Stiller has picked up another film for production in Raindrops All Around Me. We get the following news from the moistened caves of yahoo:

Universal Pictures has put on its galoshes and raincoat for “Raindrops All Around Me,” a comedy spec script that Ben Stiller will produce.

Penned by Reed Agnew and Eli Jorne, the story centers on a socially inept high school teacher who learns to “dumb it down” in order to fit in with the people around him.

I think this would be a better picture if it was about a producer that dumbs down their films so they can make more money at the box office! zing!

We don’t have much information to discuss with regards to this project, but we will certainly keep you up to speed with the updates. The theme of the film could be interesting. Stupidity not only seems to be a growing problem, but one that is celebrated. When people with brains are mocked, your culture is in trouble.
