If you like yourself a little dose of cute to lighten your day, this teaser trailer for Marley and Me will just have you in thralls of “awwww”.

while I’m deeply skeptical of Marley & Me, an adaptation of local Philly journalist John Grogan’s sappy man-and-his-dog memoir, I love the teaser that Fox unveiled today on the official website for the Christmas release.
With the wild roller coaster of summer blockbusters on our faces, we forget that there are movies coming after that. I haven’t read the book, so I don’t know much of the details, but I love the delivery of this teaser.
The dog, the music, the scenic beach, the frantic couple dangling the ineffective leash chasing this bandit. Pure genius. You don’t have to know anything. You are already draw a little closer, and thats the point. Its a teaser.
Owen Wilson has that genuine charm and vulnerability that I think might play a strong part of a movie about a man and his relationship with a dog. And this will be Wilson’s first gig after his brush with suicide last year.
How can you resist a puppy! Come on!!!
