Tropic Thunder Restricted Trailer

You know, Tropic Thunder hasn’t really been exciting me (aside from all the stuff with Robert Downey Jr. in it which has been all gold). Still, for some reason I’m looking forward to seeing it. This new red band trailer certainly helps! What do you think of it?

That is so frickin funny! I fear only that it’ll not make good money and do bad with critics. I’ll probably like it.

I’ve been looking forward to seeing this ever since I heard about it a year ago, this trailer is hilarious! People like to bash Ben Stiller but the guy makes funny movies, so what if he doesn’t do serious roles.
Sadly. Jack Black almost looks like a Chris Farley impersanator and even though Chris was a genious, he got tiring. Jack could be that in this movie. I agree though, Robert Downey looks like he will make this movie. Iron Man, now this? Man, Robert is on a tare!
Funny to see Jack Blacks character mocking Eddies Murphys recent movies, even if the plot of this one is ironically a little Bowfinger-esque. Im oficially keen to see this film, Steve Coogan is great.
Chuckled a bit throughout. Laughed out loud when he threw the child at the end.

I haven’t seen this R-Rated galore myself but read some early reviews from Deadline Hollywood Daily and apparently it was bringing down the house – the laughter was so loud that other theaters could hear it!
I won’t spoil anything but if you go visit the IMDb page and look at the actors playing supporting roles, there are some pretty funny names in there (and one of them apparently steals the show in a career-defining performance – it’s ain’t RDJ they’re talking about either!!!)
Looks like the best thing stiller has made since the now classic zoolander

LOL…wow this looks like a really good time….downey jr looks amazing…as a black man im not offended but i bet there is gonna be some kind of uproar about his “blackface”…but i think its all in good taste…..
the scene with the little boy stabing stiller made my day…..and the prop head bit was good….between this and pineapple express august sounds like a good time for R-rated comedy…and i like that
