Paul Hogan in a Mental Hospital

Crocodile Dundee star Paul Hogan hasn’t really done much lately. Not because he can’t get a job, but because he doesnt want to. Well news has it, he has decided he wants to.

MovieHole says:

We received word this morning that Hoges is set to star in a comedy called “The Caretakers”. He’ll play one of two patients at a mental home attempting to free the President from mercenary kidnappers.

Last we heard of Paul Hogan in a movie was Strange Bedfellows – the Austriallian comedy that was involved in a lawsuit over the strong similarities to it and the then released I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry.

Crocodile Dundee was a charming movie and its low key master of the Croc, Paul Hogan has made a name for himself through it. Most of his non-Dundee films have been less than stellar.

Apparently Hogan is rich enough to not care about ever being in a movie again. He didn’t officially retire as much as he just didnt bother to take any jobs. So if he is going to come out of his non-retirement, you would think it has some weight to it.

Something caught his eye? Maybe he was bored?

I kinda like his hokey charm and having him play a mental patient sounds like it will be fun.

Yeah, the Batman one is a good example. Who even okayed Batman and Robin? Arrest them.

  2. Cheers Mate, Paul Hogan is cool in my book. This sounds like a comeback film.
