If someone told me that looks like Ledger, I’d say ‘Go fuck yaself” … That is wicked … Screw Crispin Glover …. As Much as I think he might’ve made a good joker in the Batman V. Robin era.
There is no way in the world that he would’ve been better than that!

Don’t be so surprised dude. Iron man was a better film in several ways. It’s debatable if it was better over all. But you still shouldn’t be surprised.
1) On rottentomatoes Iron Man has a 93%. Batman had an 84%
2) In under 3 weeks Iron man has already made more money that Batman did in it’s entire run… which means more people have been wanting to see it… have seen it multiple times, and have been giving great word of mouth for people to continue to go see it well after it’s openeing weekend.

I have a friend who also despises Batman Begins and he gives valid reasons for it. Not saying I agree with him but they are something to think about.
The only reason he’s going to see this one is to see Ledger.

I love the BB soundtrack, I find myself playing it all the time.
I love this and every other poster. I also loved the Batman Returns poster when the sign was in the snow. I still think John statments are true but can be bent to serve public intrest. Just because Iron Man got an above 90% critic rating and its made millions of dollors in a short time doesnt mean that Iron Man is a better film. I think Big Sampson is right on the idea that Iron Man is alot more family friendly kinda super hero movie. Not to mention that other big films are weeks away from when Iron Man was released. As for Batman Begins box office take? Come on! It came out the same time as Episode 3, Mr&Ms Smith, Wedding Crashers, and Charle and the Chocolate Factory.

but if they do make the mandarin the new villain..they can change him completely cuz fans dont know him (like they did to abomination in the hulk)
say: change his name, change his powers, change his look, and completely change his personality.
I think both are great movies. Iron Man was fun and Batman was a great do-over. Remember Batman had huge baggage to overcome…Does anyone want to remember or should I say forget Batman & Robin? IronMan was a standalone with no prior history.
But this poster looks awesome! As for me I can’t wait to see it!
they just showed a new hulk commercial on tv and hoooly shit it looks so amazing!!!
it was like 30 secounds long but it had new scenes and they decided to give the hulk 2/8s of a shirt when hes in hulk mode which makes him look better…

well he looked better in the previews so far. hope tdk turns out good.

MY PROBlem with the hulk movie is that im not a big chi fan and to me all the cgi shots look cheesy…..i think organic matter looks like crap with where as robotics are way more believable……idk what u see in the trailersthat i see cause to me it just looks fake.
I loved Batman Begins and this one looks even better.

1138 is right. Batman had a ton of Batman and Robin baggage hanging around its neck. I loved Iron Man but for me its fluff compared to Batman Begins.

Batman isn’t for everyone, that’s for sure. I actually give Nolan a lot of credit for not sucumbing to the mainstream audiance in making a commercial, bubblegum superhero movie. People want to compare Iron man, because it made more money, or had more critical succes, but I don’t think people realise that pretty much every superhero movie from Spiderman to Xmen has made more money than BB. LOL. But that’s not the point. BB is in a leauge of it’s own, and every superhero movie that comes out will be compared to it. It just has more, what should I say, street credit, if you know what i mean, and not in a thug type way. It’s just more complete, more real, more human.
BB and i imagine DK are certinly not kid friendly like Iron man or the others, so it might not play well to the elitists, but it has created a new tremendous following that no one else will be able to touch.

well i havent seen the hulk or tdk but hey i liked the rest of all those movies (i also liked daredevil and ghostrider- yes. i did. they were okay!!)

Yes it’s ok to like them all (Well, I’m not sure about Ghostrider). Can we please not turn this BB/DK vs Iron Man into an Xbox360 vs PS3 thing? People arguing over which was better gets so old. They’re both great franchises.

no its fine to discuss and argue everyone in this website has a point and they all have good arguments but i hate it when for example: last night carlos mencia bashed on spiderman and superman- hes not even funny hes got no sense of humor whatsoever and he was bragging about the legion of fucking doom while saying spiderman 2 was bad. he doesnt know shit
dont get me wrong the legion of dooms cool but alls they ever got was a comic book and a show sorta
these movies are about being fun and exiting (he kinda had a point when he sayd they cry too much) but that still doesnt mean he can compare a group lead by lex luther to spiderman 2 the movie which might be the 2nd or 3rd best comic movie ever
and while ghostrider was a bad cheesy story u gotta admit the character is really mean lookin. fun movie to watch once : )
Screw Indy 4, I’m seeing this film (sorry Speilberg, E.T. was great).
