It appears Michael Bay is outfitting an industrial area in Bethlehem to look like China for the upcoming Transformers sequel. We get the following snapshots thanks to our friends at transformerslive:

If they wanted to transform a rusted out steel town into a Chinese location on the cheap, they should have used my hometown of Welland.

It’s crazy how a few signs and road paintings can convince you that you’re in a different part of the world.

That would be a funny prank to pull on a small town; change all their street signs into Klingon and watch panic set in.

Why are they going to China in the movie? Maybe the Decepticon backup squad crash-lands there or something.

Isn’t it obvious? Everything is made in China, including the Transfomers.
