Intelligent creative people talking about their process is always fascinating to me. I am mildly disturbed that Cody thinks that Raimi style horror is "Classic Horror". I guess there's no fast and hard rules about it, but I guess that on hearing "Classic Horror" most people in the film community would think she meant perhaps the 30/40s Universal classics, not campy 80's schlock. Why are so many people under 35 so afraid to embrace the rich heritage of film made before 1980? I want more of this.
