What struck me the most about that excellent movie was the deep love Ray Winstone's character and his girlfriend/wife so obviously shared. The plot of this movie seems to have tossed that whole bit out the window. So, is it REALLY a sequel or just a different movie with a lot of the same excellent actors? Don't call it a sequel if it isn't, please. What disturbs me is that this is being called a “sequel” to “Sexy Beast”. I just saw McShane on the Daily Show and he spilled the beans about this movie while promoting his new series KINGS. He called it a sequel to Sexy and I was like.... are you kidding me??? So thanks for the blog entry. I'm sure this movie will rock, as the cast is superb!! By the way... my WAIST isn't 44 inches!!
