Mike Myers to host MTV Movie Awards

Mike Myers is a Canadian Treasure and has delivered again and again. With the onset of Myers latest character comedy the Love Guru, the crazy canuck is going to hijack the MTV Movie awards as host.
Mike Myers will host the MTV Movie Awards on June 1. Mark Burnett is again exec producing.Myers will use the cabler’s annual movie kudos to help hype launch of “Love Guru.”
Expect to see cameo appearances of Myers entourage of onscreen personalities introducing presenters. These will serve to remind you of just how funny you thought he was. And I think he really is. I wasn’t a fan of the further Shrek movies, but as far ash his track record goes, the guy can make me laugh.
The last time he did this in 1997, Austin Powers had launched and giving you a primer to his humour and it served him well.

And the cycle goes on. I love people who think it is kewl to bash comedians that did funny stuff in the past and haven’t done anything recently (other than Shrek in this case). I DONT GIVE A FUCK! Cuz I’m kewl and am soooo over Mike Myers…DERRRR.
And I love people who think it’s “kewl” to bash other people simply because they don’t agree with them. How “kewl” is that! DERRR!!
Well, I AM cool and I AM over Mike Myers, but when I said that I don’t give a fuck, I meant that I don’t care about who hosts the MTV Awards. That show doesn’t mean a damn thing to me.
Mike Myers is some what of a Icon of these past ten years but I hate MTV with Passion there is no good that comes from it. It is just evil so I will not watch this unless I really have nothing better to do.
imo: love guru looks terrible, but i was not a big austin powers fan, and i disliked every shrek but the original.
I’m definitely skipping “The Love Guru.” All he’s doing is recycling Austin Powers, and I’ll be skipping “Meet Dave” with Eddie Murphy too. Those both look awful.
