Justice League On Hold Again
It’s a film that’s been so “on again – off again” that it’s starting to resemble my love life. Ok, that’s more like “off again” more than anything else. But still…
Justice League (the Superhero group based on all the big DC comics characters like Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Geen Lantern, Flash… ect ect ect) is a film that looks like it could possibly be the most disasterous comic book film of all time. However, just before the strike it got put on hold and the internet movie community rejoiced like the Ewoks after the destruction of the second Death Star. Sadly though, after the WGA strike was over, word came out that the movie was back on track and moving forward once more. All the people wept.
Now comes word that the mess in waiting is on hold yet again. Hooray! Mega producer Joel Silver commented that the Justice League movie was “Tabled” when asked how the project might effect the Wonder Woman movie he’s currently working on.
So break out the champaign and the Ewok drums… Justice League is delayed again… we can only hope this time it will turn into a more permanent situation! (Source: CHUD)
They really need to let it die now.
Let’s hope this is true, and let’s hope they don’t decide to try again until someone who knows what he is doing is hired.
I have to add between this mess and the news about a DC/Mortal Kombat-game someone over at DC should get fired
Oddly, the working after WGA strike title of this opus was “JLA Mortal”
Now, it’s just mortally wounded.
I don’t want to hear of this again until a Wonder Woman movie is made , Bats and Supes are done with their runs (or not…you don’t really *need* them.) a Green Lantern film, Flash etc.
This seems to be fallen victim to the possible actor’s strike, as well as the slashing of most high budget flicks
This is the next ‘Superman Lives’. As much as we wish it, WB won’t let it die. They’re gonna pointlessly drag it out for ten flippin years.
My patience is at an end. I just don’t care about it anymore.
In regards Justice League, I want to see it, bring it on.

what they should do before they make a JLA film (IN ORDER!!)
1) make a flash and green lantern film with GOOD actors
2) use the same actors they used in the individual films for jla like say christian bale as batman
3) have a serious story (not a pg rated happy bullshit plot)
I just don’t think Nolan’s Batman would work in a JLA movie at all. The same reason Robin will never be in a Nolan movie.
