Brendan Fraser talks GI Joe

Brendan Fraser has announced his involvement with the GI Joe a few weeks ago and now there is a short video online talking about it and his reminiscent memories playing with the toys as a kid.

IESB.net says:

Actor Brendan Fraser, while attending New York Comic Con, confirmed his involvement in the 2009 G.I. Joe live action film.Newsarama caught up with him and talked a bit about being in the film riding a three wheeled motorcycle plus how he played with “Parachute Joe” as a child.

I might have missed something but in the video Fraser claims that the movie will be available in 3D. That sounds cool to me.

He also talks about other benchmarks like the movie being the first of its kind. An action figure movie. Technically that is true considering the GIJoe comics were originally based on the GIJoe doll in the 60s (invented to give Barbies to boys) and then finally the 80s cartoon which this movie draws all of its inspiration.
