Can i say the thing that made this movie jump from a great movie to a good movie for me is the scene where Robert Downey Jr. is drunk and when Charlie tries to tackle him. Does anyone think that Rob's change from drunk and not a fan of Charlie to sober and forgiving was a bit awkward

"a witty dark comedy about the angst-filled years before college"

The world needs another film like this just slightly more than it needs another war or natural disaster.

AGREED. I found the movie to be uneven as hell, and Anton Yelchin was AWFUL as the lead, but Downey was great(as usual).
