Bradley Cooper Joins Yes Man

Cooper-Yes-ManIt’s about bloody time. Bradley Cooper is a hell of a character actor and simply does not get the credit or attention he deserves. In my opinion, he was the best and most interesting character on Alias (well… maybe besides Sloane) and no one ever talks about his. He rocked the hell out of his role in Wedding Crashers… and no one ever talks about him.

But it looks like good things are coming Bradley’s way (that’s him with me in the picture). Not only does he have his first legit leading role in a film coming up (Midnight Meat Train) and a slew of other projects on the horizon, it appears that he also just landed a role opposite Jim Carrey in the new film Yes Man. M&C give us the following:

Danny Wallace’s Yes Man is a memoir that follows his life after his girlfriend dumps him. He stays in and avoids other people, not taking to the single life very well. Then mystery man on a late night bus tells him to say ‘yes’ more often. Wallace, played by Carrey, takes the advice and stars saying yes to everything. His life changes overnight and he finally finds romance and happiness.

Sounds like it has promise… Jim Carrey NEEDS a good film right now after the total disaster of Number 23. For Cooper’s sake I really hope it does great.

You’re right, I agree. He deserves more attention and maybe next (many) movies will do justice to his talent. Thanks for your last visit from MMT set. I’m looking forward to watch this movie.
