Hope P.S. I Love You is good, because Hilary Swank needs to get her act together. She's fallen off after Million Dollar Baby. Oh, and Butler is a fox, too.

And I saw The Game Plan last week when they did the sneak peek and I took my cousin's two little girls. I was actually surprised with the thing. I think my insane, obsessive crush on The Rock(ain't calling him by his real name)might have contributed to it, but it's a cute, harmless little Disney movie. MUCH better than the Vin Weasel abomination The Pacifier. Rocky's such a charismatic guy, he can do so much better, but for some reason, he likes wallowing in shit like a pig on a farm.

Just in case folks were curious, "Flight Of The Living Dead : Outbreak On A Plane" was once, not so long ago, once knwn as 'Plane Dead'. As I mentioned on the Community, what caught my surprise was that despite being a direct to DVD release, New Line actually threw promo trailers up over this past weekend, notably on Spike TV.

For one brief minute, I was ready to go the theatres!

*****
A remake of Cronenberg's 'Brood'? Well, THAT'S interesting. I woulda thought someone would have done 'Scanners' (which gets talked about in remake land from time to time) or 'Videodrome'...but the mere idea that it is one of Cronenberg's earlier films-and not as well known as Scanners or Videodrome....that's a plus.

But y'know? I can sort of see a film where the highlight is giving birth to mutated children!

*****

"Hitchikers" I actually enjoyed the film. But I don't want a sequel either.
