If someone else, they lose a minimum of $333,000,000 in profit. Period. I had posted a while back that they were in talks and that a resolution will be coming soon. The $125k that New Line had to pay in court fees is chump change compared to an announcement that Jackson is indeed helming "The Hobbit".
