Leave Britney Alone Parody by Seth Green
In case you were under a rock and missed Chris Crocker being elevated to his 15 minutes of fame on YouTube, here is the link. His viral video has been getting more attention than the NumaNuma guy as he has an emotional breakdown in front of his camera in support of Britney Spears in light of the heavy criticisms she has been getting lately.
So leave it to Seth Green to do a parody video.
I like how he uses the video to drop an ad for Robot Chicken near the end. I don’t know that it was about that or about Chris Crocker using this rediculous display to get more attention.
In other videos that follow this outburst Chris Crocker states how hard it is to be going through such a tough time. If he didn’t want this attention maybe some of his video entries would be about other things instead of just the “Leave Britney Alone” video and its fallout. He is only famous BECAUSE of the video, so I hardly think its a bad thing this guy is in the news.
I do sympathize that instead of addressing how humiliating yet self serving this outcry of his was, news sources have resorted to making fun of his outward sexuality and choice to wear makeup. This guy offers plenty to make fun of without resorting to his lifestyle choices.

This Crocker person is just trying to get his 15 minutes and Seth does an excellent job of poking fun at him/her. Although methinks the parody video is about a minute too long.

A friend showed this to me the other day and it makes me love Seth Green all the more. The shameless plug for Robot Chicken is fantastic.
Chris Crocker has had his 15 minutes and cannot complain if he’s poked fun at - he put himself out there and that is the chance you take.

If you think the mascara is bad, you should him in the movie “Party Monster” hooolyyyy shit. My girlfriend made me watch it with her because she knows the real-life people that the movie was based on. Let me tell you, as a straight man I won’t be renting that again.

I think the Seth parody is really funny, certainly funnier than Crocker’s video. I watched Crocker’s video with my mouth hanging open and nervous laughter coming out because he seems crazy, like he needs help and it’s not about his lifestyle choice!! He did open the door for this kind of torment though and I agree with you that it’s not about his being gay, there is plenty of fodder surrounding Crocker without his being gay! How’s about his mental stability overall!? There’s plenty that could be said about that aspect alone!
