Saw 4 International Poster hits the Web

I have to say that I did like the first Saw movie. It really made you think, and put you carefully in that “if I was in their place, could I do what they were asked to do?” kind of fear. But then they made a sequel, and another one. Then a fourth is on its way now too. Enough is enough. I’m already tired of the torture porn horror genre.
The guys over at Bloody Disgusting gave us a look at the poster for Saw 4:
All I kept thinking when I saw this poster is that cute kid from Jerry Maguire saying “The human head weighs 8 pounds!”

Is it just me, or does the head look like that of Tobin Bell aka Jigsaw?
I think its Ted Danson possibly?

It is Jigsaw’s (Tobin Bell) severed head….but why does he have hair and a bandage around his head? If you , um…”saw” part III you’ll know what I mean.
And we all keep saying “We won’t see it, no intrest…won’t see it…”
And then what do we do, folks?

This shit is disgusting. Not even scary, just disgusting. It’s the Jackass of horror movies.
I love the poster. I always love the design direction of these SAW posters, not so much the movies though.
I do feel that these movies today, are the “Friday 13th/Halloween/Elm Street” movies of the 80′s and 90′s. It will be very interesting to see the “deconstruction” or “homage” to these films in 20 years that everyone claims to despise so much, just like people said about these movies’ pre-millenial ancestors.
Meanwhile, they are many (not everyone’s) guilty pleasure.
Wow…….I can’t believe you can’t tell that the head on the poster is in fact Tobin Bell.
Im actually looking forward to the fourth installment, I loved Saw and Saw II. Saw III wasn’t that bad. Tobin Bell is one of the coolest actors.
So is Jigsaw just going to be a talking head in a jar for this one?
