What Happens in Vegas …
I have news of a new romantic tag team consisting of Aston Kutcher and Cameron Diaz. This movie news and following synopsis is provided by the caves of Yahoo:
Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher are in negotiations to star in the romantic comedy “What Happens in Vegas …”The story is set in motion following a night of debauchery in Sin City, when two strangers (Diaz and Kutcher) discover they have gotten married and one of them wins a huge jackpot with the other’s quarter. In trying to determine the rightful beneficiary of the winnings, the duo embarks on a series of plots to undermine the other, falling in love along the way.
This seems like a fun and easy enough outline for a romantic comedy. I think Diaz does great in this sort of project but have not really been sold on the Kutcher. It all comes down to how they click, and if the story can steer away from the waters of lameness. The waters of lameness are deep, tumultuous and have mermaids calling you to them at all times.
The one thing this story has going for it is Vegas. Las Vegas is an infamous city of adult delights, and it becomes a character in any movie that it is in. The phrase “what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas” is famous, familiar and is a great tag line/concept for a romantic comedy. I will not say that I am excited to see this film, but as far as romantic comedies go, I think the premise is straightforward and fun.

No interest what so ever. I like Diaz but typically in off beat, lower budget affairs like “In Her Shoes”.

Pretty cool how Cameron Diaz is turning Lezo though. Poppin her titty out in front of Ellen, Me thinks she just wants some of that vertical smile!

never did like diaz tho…..no one else sees her as crazy ugly…..white people have weird taste….(diaz, sarah jessica parker, julia roberts all ugly)
