It’s funny how much we get caught by online April Fools gags even though we’re looking for them. As some of you know, Rodney got a lot of you yesterday with his fake report of me and Doug seeing Transformers upon our arrival here in Los Angeles. That was a good one.
The good folks over at Slash Film have put up a highlight reel if you will of the best online April Fools gags from yesterday. Some of these are kinda lame… but some are totally priceless! My favorite ones are highlighted in Red.

You know the funny thing, I heard something about a Departed 2 and a Departed Prequel being a possibility a couple of months ago, but I do not remember where. The Sequel was going to have Mark Wahlberg in it exposing a state Senator higher up on the crime ladder, and there was talk that is was going to be Pacino and the prequel was going to be about Jack’s character and Martin Sheen’s character, as they were growing up.

But to hear it was a joke, I felt so much relief… The Transformers movie is still going to be great.
