The newest and final trailer for Spider-Man 3 is out… and I personally think it’s the best one yet.

insane, just insane. great venom footage
Now THAT was a fun trailer. The summer is starting well.
I really hope they have a lot of Venom in the movie.
I love movies…
I don’t know why but i wasn’t that impressed. I kinda wish i never saw that 7 minute clip
had no idea that venom doesnt trigger spider sense
Like it,
I think this is the best we can hope for.
1 freaking word: VENOM! Trailer looks awesome, cant wait for this movie. I get the impression from the scene near the beginning where Aunt May is giving Peter her wedding ring that she’s going to die
I’m looking forward to this!
this trailer has raised my excitement for this movie. i’m thinking this may actually be the best one yet. but in the back of my mind, i’m thinking that this will be a very fast moving movie.
god i hate everyone of you….I am at work, and it wont play on my computer….SOB, man i can’t wait to get home……Man i wish it was coming out sooner……
P.S. Venom is f**kin awesome
When I saw 300,I saw a different trailer that I have yet to see on the internet nor have I hardly heard anyone describe it, and it has little bit more Eddie Brock(praying in a church).
I can’t wait for the HD version of this trailer. I agree that this one is an improvement over the previous trailers…
Kind of annoyed in the way that this final trailer has been released… even the comcast version isn’t exactly the best quality. Good trailer none the less though i will certainly be in line!
Movie gods forgive me, but I feel sort of meh about this. The Spidey franchise is an odd one to me. I saw the first two exactly once in theaters, and then never felt an urge to watch them again. Now, I’ll go see this one, but I’m not exactly salivating here. As nice as Venom looks, the trailer for the second one felt more epic than this one did. It’ll be entertaining, but will I forget it once I leave the theater?
……holy shit….that was fuckin great……i loved the first two movies…but like kristina said after seeing them in the theaters, i didn’t watch them again…..but this one looks different….great trailer…
peace….
This looks great, but Hellboy 2 next August is the one I can’t wait for!
This is a prime example of showing way too much, revving up the hype to unmatchable levels and I think the movie will suffer for it. I am looking foward to this movie just like everyone else, but doesnt anyone else get the feeling that there is nothing left to the imagination here? We all know pretty much everything that will happen in this movie already and each of us is playing out the most epic of scenarios in our head. I think the movie will be good, but I think alot of us have built up an image of what we think it will be, and I dont think the real thing will com close.
Like Kevin C said, they’re showing waaaay too much. Also, not enough Bruce Campbell.
I cant wait to see kicking it old school…this post must be mislabeled . Jamie Kennedy is a genious….. really just kidding about all that… spidey trailor looks great.
They barely showed Sandman. Very nice trailer though
Gonna be shite, like the second one. After watching this trailer, I’m even more convinced.
Finally,
A good Spiderman 3 trailer.
The last two sucked. The trailers, I mean. They never dampened my excitement for the movie or anything, but I have to say, this has definitly increased my desire to see it.
I also like the fact that they only showed a few quick shots of Venom. I didnt want any of his “hero” shots spoiled by the trailer.
Maybe they did show a little too much but I still enjoyed the shit out of it. I just wont re-watch this one til I’m blue in the face. I dont want to become so used to the shots that they become boring when I actually see it in the theatre. I watched it once, got quite giddy, and now I cant wait til May.
Whooooo-Wee, Spiderman 3 is gonna rock.
I read a rumor stating that Morlun was going to be the villian in the next movie. I hope this isnt true because I want Dr Conners to finally have his day. Screw Morlun, bring on the Lizard.

Almost the same as the final US trailer but with a number of different shots.
the whole reason i was excited about the new spiderman films was because i knew inevitebly they would get to do a live action vemon, and it doesnt look to dissapoint.
WE ARE VENOM, CMON!
This one looks busy too, like the last POTC trailer, but this one looks busy in a good way. Can’t wait!
i agree, best trailer for spider-man 3 yet. this one has me more excited than the other ones.
the only thing i’m worried about is the amount of STUFF in this movie and how it’s all going to fit together! harry/goblin, sandman, venom, gwen stacy– is it going to be 4 hours long? lol
Quick question: Why doesn’t Pete’s Spider Sense pick up on Harry swooping down on him? Isn’t that the exact example of when he’d do some kind of funky backflip? Sure – he can’t detect Venom but from the looks of it his reactions are getting a little rusty. :)
@pineapplehead
this should explain things for you:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venom_%28Eddie_Brock%29#Powers_and_abilities
I understand that Venom has those abilities, like I said I was more surprised that Pete was sneaked up on by Harry without realising it.
@pineapplehead
don’t mind me, i’m just retarded. i thought you were talking about eddie. maybe, i should read closer next time.
@Jay
Yeah, I heard that too. But I think it (about villian Morlun) has little merit at this point. Especially since, if you look at THIS trailer very close, you’ll get the impression than Dlyan Baker has more to do as Connors. In the first film, he’s mentioned. Second film, we see him. Third film…well, what do you see behind him in a glass cage? The setup is almost too perfect. However.. Lizard is a different sort of foe. It is simply Spidey helping to “cure” Connors as Lizard’s motives are simply to lose humanity and go on rampages against ‘humans’. This does leave room for another villian, maybe even one that might try to get in the way of curing Connors. I think more in the lines of Sergei Kraven myself, or even Black Cat, but I could think Morlun loosely could fit in the mix in that regard.
Maybe they’ll give Peter Parker his temporary four extra arms if Lizard’s in 4…anyway…
But according to rumor of Morlun, the character (which first showed up a number of years ag, he’s fairly recent) is considered if Raimi “leaves” the franchise. You may start laughing now. If they went supernatural, I’d think MorBIUS would be more satisfying. Such things would be more in Raimi’s corner anyway.
Wait…what’s that?
People were guessing Spider-Man 3 villians before they were announced? Really?
Hmmm?
Spidey 4 script hasn’t been written yet? Just one treatment being worked on by Dave Keopp right now? You don’t say!
Anyway, back to the trailer….
@Kevin.
I don’t think they showed too much. Yes, Sandman (and Harrry Goblin) didn’t get as much thrust ths time because they been showcased in previous trailers. With the exception of shots wher Venom sneaks up behind Spidey, or Venom swinging around…and Brock giving a little laugh, there’s really nothing more than a few extra seconds of scene bites that were in previous trailers. Most new stuff here to me was the obviously expanded Curt Connors scenes and Spidey escaping (?) Sandman’s attack.
Inside info for you guys from my friend at Sony:
Raimi just signed on to direct The Hobbit. They’re currently interviewing other directors for Spidey 4.
im just gonna drop one director idea for spidey 4 and back away………..
…….
Michael Bay.
re: pineapplehead.
If my memory serves me well, the original goblin in ASM #39 (1966) developes a gas that can supress petes spider-sense. (Indeed used to get close enough to discover his identity). This supressant could therefore be discovered by Harry while learning about his Dads ‘bag of tricks’. Otherise, maybe (a slight maybe) the shot on the bike is not related to the Harry’s attack (edited to look like it for the sake of the trailer)
Darren,
I know it’s all just speculation and rumor at this point.
…but they said Venom was gonna be in #3 before #2 was released, and look who’s in the movie.
(by “they” I mean internet speculators)
I dont think this one will pan out, but you never know.
My vote is for the Lizard as villain in the next one, but I still hold to my theory that the Sinister Six in part 6 would be freakin’ awesome.
Instead of calling it Spiderman 6, call it Spiderman vs the Sinister Six.
Lizard for part 4. Electro for part 5.
Then bring in Kraven to round them all up to take him on all at once.
Kraven being the hunter that he is would realize that they cant beat him one on one, so he’s a smart guy and he figures that they need to attack en masse. He finds Doc Ock, who didnt die, but went into hiding. He finds Roderick Kingsley, a petty theif who Spiderman took out easily, and helps him become the Hobgoblin. Perhaps at the end of part 5 we someone, we dont know who yet, break into Doc Conner’s lab and steal the sample of the Symbiote. You guessed it, it was Kraven. He introduces the portion of the Symbiote to Cletus Cassidy. Bingo Bango… we have Carnage. He forces Doc Conners to oversee the Symbiote/Carnage/cassidy situation and then somehow makes him turn into the Lizard again. Since Electro was just in part 5 we can wait til the end when they’re trying to bust him out of jail and have him only be involved in the climactic battle royale.
It’s cheesy and really over-simplified but a good writer could make that, or something like that, work. I know it’s probably just a pipe-dream, but it’s my pipe-dream and I’m going to continue to have it.
The only word to describe it is: AWESOME!!!
This movie will rock and make a HUGE shitload of money.
It will be the biggest movie of the sommer, forget about “Transformers”, and will surpass the success of it’s predecessors.
No doubt they will continue the series, even without Raimi and Maguire.
They have done the best with this franchise, now it’s someone else’s time to try and measure up to these guys.
Replacing Maguire shouldn’t be a problem and I can easily see someone like Gore Verbinski or Guillermo del Toro making a great Spiderman film.
@Jay:
Which means Mysterio gets his own film!
I also wouldn’t mind Jonas Harrow as a sort of dude who creates lesser villians/enchances crooks for a price. In a departure from comics, he can either aid Smythe in Spider-Slayers or help create The Scorpion.
That’s, uh, Spider-Man 7 and 8, of course :)
Electro would be a nice, seriously dangerous, updated villian. Sparks that come from eyes could even sub in for the stupid mask. He could commit cyber crimes, drain the city of power, and sent electric currents on Spidey’s webs.
ah y does evry movie have to have ther guy married. such a stupid thing to do. kickass trailer though and i smell box office record breaking
