Fantastic news for Richard Pryor fans (my hands up and I’m typing one handed) from Coming Soon.
Variety says that The Honeymooners star Mike Epps will play Richard Pryor in a feature film on the comedian’s life. Walter Hill, who directed Pryor in Brewster’s Millions, will helm, and Caleb Kane (These City Walls) will write the script.
Pryor and his wife, Jennifer Lee Pryor, are producing via their Indigo Productions banner.
Fantastic news, Pryor is a truly funny comedian and has produced some excellent on screen roles, particularly when teamed with Gene Wilder. Yet who can forget his turn in Superman III, even though it wasn’t him at his best, or in Brewsters Millions? I loved that movie.

Mike Epps? Isnt he Ice Cubes side kick in Next friday and that other horrid movie? Isnt he the guy taht thought it was funny to blow “weed” smoke into the Vacuum cleaner? Yea….definatly on the same level as Richard pryor!!!

All i wanna know is how do i contact the people in charge of the movie?Because i been hearing i look like richard pryor since i was in the 1rst grade no lie and some say i am a comedian so i was wondering how do i get in the movie.i have pics to show i look just like him.So if anybody knows please let me know.
